Sound Intone Sport In-Ear Headphones with In-line Mic

I reviewed Sound Intone headphones before and this is another pair I will be writing about. You always get great quality sound out of these headphones. I don't want to buy expensive headphones that will break at some point. I usually buy $10 headphones and expect them to break at some point, but they work, they sound okay, and I don't spend too much money. I like these headphones because the sound is better than $10 headphones and they are always wrapped in cord that will last longer than other headphones would.

These headphones are sports headphones that are designed to go in the ear and partially wrap around the ear. They fit comfortably and they don't fall out. They come with an awesome little hard case, a long cord that has a mic and the cord is wrapped in another type of plastic. I have red headphones and they come in other colors.

Inside the case is the warranty, a description of the device as well as a picture of how to correctly put the headphones on and 6 different-sized ear bud pieces. You also get a nice little clip and you can store your headphones in the case if you want. It has that one little side pocket and you could just leave all that stuff in there if you don't want to use it for the headphones.

The headphones come with a microphone and it has two volume buttons and a start/end call button. You can use these for a variety of devices including smartphones, laptops, tablets, e-readers, mp3 players and so on. You can use them for working out, working hard or just relaxing. They stay in place if you are working out. You can hear calls, music and other stuff really clear. You can even use the microphone for your music. You can turn the volume up or down and can pause or play your music. The cord is about standard length for most headphones and you can adjust a little strap under the headphones, too. I received this product heavily discounted in exchange for this honest review.

Spice VoxBox!

The Influenster Spice VoxBox is pretty awesome. It's hard to qualify to receive a VoxBox, but if you're patient, you'll get one before you realize it. This is my fourth physical VoxBox, but I didn't start receiving them until a little over a year after I joined. So, remember that patience is key and it's like telling yourself not to watch a pot of boiling water. I received all of these products for free in exchange for my honest reviews. Now, let's get into the details of this amazing box of goodies.

This is Boots Botanics Organic Hydrating Day Cream. It sells for about $12.99. It's supposed to keep skin hydrated for 24 hours. It smells amazing. It works for some, but some people don't like it as much because the formula was apparently changed as well as the packaging. I like it because it does moisturize my skin. Sometimes, my face is dry and this doesn't feel like there is something weighted on my face. It isn't sticky or noticeable on the skin in a way that is bothersome. The only thing that bothers me is that it is mostly organic, but not completely organic. I do like that it has honest packaging though.

Next, we have Foot Petals Give 'Em The Boot Insoles that cost about $18.95. They have soft wool on one side that keeps your feet warm and dry. The other side has measurements of where to cut them down to your size. You lay them in your boots wool-side up. This is another product where some people like them and some people don't. I like them because I didn't realize how flat and painful my shoes were until I added these for the extra support. I mean that I've had bad insoles that didn't do much or last long, but these are still going strong. The good part about them is also that they are machine washable. They are also made of 100% real wool.

These are SinfulColors SinfulShine 2-Step Manicure Nail Polish. SinfulColors has always been a reliable brand. They are cheap to buy, easy to find, has a lot of variety in styles and color and so on. You put on the nail polish and then you put on the top coat. You get full coverage out of the nail polish and the top coat is designed to make your nails pop. The only downside for me comes from all nail polishes. It's always hard to get the polish off completely. Anyway, these cost $2.99 and you will love how your nails turn out. You can try so many different designs with all of the colors they have.

I had a sparkly purple color and then I got myself a matte blue color. This is just a closer look of the nail polish in the previous picture.

I'm not sure if I've seen these in stores, but I don't think I have. They are Good Health Veggie Stix and they sell for $3.99 for a package that is 6.75 oz. My favorite thing to get out these VoxBoxes is something to eat. I don't have to do a whole process to try it out and everything I've had tasted great so far. I saw someone say their whole family tried and hated them and I thought that was odd, but I guess to each its own. I think these taste kind of like fast food fries if they were baked. I loved them. They come in three colors, they are all packed with a lot of veggie goodness, and you can feel good about giving them to your whole family. The only downside to these is that regular chips are cheaper, but if you can, try them for yourself and see if you like them.

This is SoapBox Shampoo & Conditioner and it costs $5.99 for 16 oz. This shampoo and conditioner smells great. It also has a lot of wonderful things going on with it. It's free of sulfates, parabens, EDTA and artificial colors. It doesn't leave my hair with an awful residue and it gets my hair really clean. The greatest thing it does though, is not what it does for you, but what it does for someone else. SoapBox has a buy one, give one program. Every time you buy one of their products, you get a hope code printed on the label and you can check their website to find what your purchase went to. For every product sold, a bar of soap or a month of clean water is given to someone in need.

I'm not a big tea drinker, but my mom loves Yogi Tea.  It's $4.99 for a 16-count box. They make so many flavors and give you little inspirational messages on the tea tag. It's a highly trusted brand that takes great care with their product. Although I'm not a big tea drinker, I do drink it from time to time. I liked their sweet tangerine tea. I drank it as a cold tea because I don't really like hot tea. They make so many different flavors, you have to keep trying different ones to see which ones you like best. The downside is that there isn't one.

Last, but not least is Not Your Mother's Whip It Up Cream Styling Mousse that sells for $3.00 for 2.1 oz and $7.00 for 7 oz. I did a separate review for this product, but I'll talk about it some more. It's made for most hair types. It smells sugary and sweet and is meant to smell like vanilla cupcakes. It looks like whipped cream, but please don't eat it. If you have thin hair, then all you need is a small amount to style your hair. If you have thick hair, you will definitely need more. It works on dry or wet hair and after you apply it to the root and work your way down, you style it. You don't need to do something extravagant, but you also can do that if you want to. If you used styling mousse before, this is a great competitor. If you've never used mousse, then this is a great starting point.

I had a blast trying all of these products. If you would like to join Influenster, where you pub products in exchange for free full-sized products click here: http://www.influenster.com/r/863364

Spice VoxBox: Not Your Mother's Whip It Up Cream Styling Mousse

Not Your Mother's is a hair care brand that I wasn't very familiar with. I received the above product for free in my Spice VoxBox from Influenster for testing and reviewing purposes, but my opinions are completely my own. You shake the can, turn it completely upside down and spray a small amount in your hand. You work it into your hair from the root and proceed to style your hair however you want. It's light, fluffy and looks like whipped cream. It doesn't help that it smells sugary and sweet. It's supposed to smell like vanilla cupcakes, but it kind of smells like their version of that. It doesn't smell bad, it just smells different.

I have really thick and curly hair and I could only test this on a small section of my hair as I was re-twisting it. If you have thicker hair you have to use a lot more, especially if your hair is dry. You can use it on dry and wet hair. It makes your hair smoother and easier to work with for when you want to style it. If you have thinner hair, it's a lot easier to work with because you'll use less product and can move on. If you have thicker hair, you will probably spend a longer time styling your hair, but it does work. They also have a lot of other products in their hair care line such as shampoo and conditioner, dry shampoo, texturizing spray, volumizing spray and so on. Even better is that these products are made for most hair types. If you want to check out more from the brand, you can go to their Instagram page here: NYM Brand or their Facebook page here: NYMBrands.

NOVICA Sterling Silver Hoop Paradise Earrings

NOVICA is a jewelry company that works in association with National Geographic to bring real, fair trade jewelry from artists who work hard on their craft. With these particular earrings, they come in a little plastic bag that's inside a decorative pouch with a tiny booklet and it's all inside of another little plastic bag. The booklet tells you where the jewelry comes from, who made it and other tidbits you'd like to know. The pouch is a beautiful little decorative bag to keep the earrings in and the earrings are keepsakes and handmade.

This is the pouch and booklet. You receive different color pouches for each pair you buy and the booklet is just two pages.

Within those two little pages, you can feel good about the purchase made because the artists put their heart and soul into making them and neither you or them are getting ripped off. The artisan who crafted these earrings, along with her team of 10 other people is named Made Sriasih. She was born in a village in Indonesia known for silver production and her father was a silversmith. Made has known about this trade since she was 12. After college, Made started a silver business and the rest is history. This story with more detail is included in the booklet. It helps you know more about what you're buying, who you're buying it from and the impact it has.

It's real jewelry with very strong and beautiful detail. It's a Balinese design made with arabesques swirls along with silver petals and granules. These earrings are perfect as a gift for yourself or others and work for almost any occasion. I don't think anyone would hate to receive these as a gift. They cost $45.99 on Amazon and they are a worthwhile investment. I received these earrings heavily discounted in exchange for my honest review. Get them here: NOVICA Paradise Hoop Earrings

Banshee on Cinemax and Amazon Prime

Credit: Wikipedia

There is a show on Cinemax called Banshee. You can also see the first season for free if you have Amazon Prime. Because it's coming from Cinemax, it has a lot of adult content. If you're still interested and need something to watch before Daredevil comes back on, this is the show to watch. I know I made it sound like a filler, pass the time type of show, but this show has everything. I will also say that this show only has three seasons and the next season comes out this year as it has been cancelled. This should not steer you away from the show. It has a lot of action in every sense of the word.

It's about a master thief who served 15 years in prison after his last theft almost gets his girlfriend arrested. When he is released, he tracks down his girlfriend to the small town of  Banshee. She has a new identity and a new life. The only thing he wants is her, but she has settled down and has been hiding out from her father, who is the person they stole from. He is not ready to leave and after a series of events, adopts the identity of the new sheriff, Lucas Hood.

He makes for an interesting sheriff who gets the job done, but there is a trail of bodies and loose ends that plague him. His former girlfriend's father is a well-connected Ukrainian, who wants revenge and what they stole. Every time the town goes through something, it leads her father closer and closer to them and it doesn't help that Lucas makes a great sheriff as well as a great thief. He continues stealing, making friends and enemies along the way.

Lucas is the good fake sheriff who likes stealing, Ana/Carrie is his former lover/almost former thief, Job is a computer hacker/comic relief and Sugar is a bar owner/ex-con/wise person who helps them. The town has Amish people, Native American tribes and a former Amish guy, who is currently a gangster. Lucas and Ana know how to fight and Job is trans and awesome. He's like the Lafayette of the show with how sassy he is and the show is from the creators of True Blood. Sugar is an ex-boxer full of wisdom.

This show has great fighting scenes like you wouldn't believe. There are some fighting scenes that look like Mortal Kombat, but it doesn't look fake. If you played Mortal Kombat, there are parts where you do special moves that are so powerful, that they show what bones are breaking inside the body. This is how intense their fight scenes are. It has funny parts, gangster parts, nasty and gory parts and lots of violence, fighting, shooting and sleeping around.

The story line is good, the action is better than expected, it has good character development and a high rating. It is not for kids though, so don't let them watch. I guess there were so many great shows that this one kind of fell under the radar, but this is definitely a show to watch. Watch out for Kai's right hand man and see if you can watch it without binge-watching it.

#TryDry VoxBox

I received Degree MotionSense Dry Spray to try for free in exchange for this review. I use Degree and I already know it's a pretty good brand, so I when I tried this I wasn't too shocked. You slide the top button forward to unlock it, shake the can and spray your underarm. You shake and spray per arm. It has a very strong scent. I used to spray it on in my bathroom, but my bathroom is small and not very ventilated. I spray it on in my room, so I have room to breathe. You have to spray it about 6 inches away. The scent is powerful for a minute or two and then it goes away. It lasts all day and you will stay dry. It feels cold as soon as you apply it and then it instantly becomes dry.

It doesn't leaves any marks on me or my clothes and there are different scents and brands to choose from for men and women. It says it lasts 48 hours, but I think it lasts for a day as deodorant and for 48 hours as an antiperspirant. The amount in the can is gonna last for a while, like maybe a month depending how much you use it, and it costs about as much as regular deodorant or less if you get it from a cheaper store. It holds up well and works for me. The only thing is that it is not environmentally-friendly, but regular deodorant isn't either.
